Revelation #8 – The Hartford Area Career and Technology Center has a branding problem. Our school has to recruit students. In fact, we have a “recruiting season” in which our school’s representatives have a total of 7 days to persuade/convince/suggest as many sophomores as possible from our regions’ 8 sending high schools to enroll in our programs for their junior year. Now knowing what I know from class this week, it is time to examine and update the strategies we use to recruit students as well as our school’s color scheme, logo, and ethos.
